Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the America Tree Service website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for tree work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Estimates & Scope of Work
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the conditions and scope of work observed at the time. The final price may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or access changes. All work is performed under a written agreement between the customer and America Tree Service.
Property & Access
The customer is responsible for confirming property lines, the location of underground utilities, irrigation, septic systems, and any other items not clearly visible on the surface, and for granting safe access to our crews and equipment.
Permits
Some jurisdictions require permits for tree removal. The customer is responsible for obtaining required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are happy to provide guidance and the necessary forms.
Insurance & Liability
America Tree Service carries appropriate insurance for the work we perform. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, acts of nature, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified in your estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
